Get Acquainted
with Your
True Self
As a highly sensitive (HSP) therapist, I hope to broaden the notion of how therapy can look and feel. In session, I seek to provide a safe, warm, nonjudgmental space where you can come and be seen and valued for who you really are regardless of what has happened to you in your life. My style adapts to your needs in the moment and varies from deeply focused and engaged to gently supportive to ridiculous and playful. Just as in life, I feel that therapy can be enhanced by a certain amount of levity, so I tend to incorporate art, movement, play, humor and profanity to facilitate communication of the full range of emotions.
I rely heavily on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion to support you in your unique process of reacquainting with your true Self. My belief is that each individual already contains the potential to care for and heal themselves and through the use of these modalities, I can help you tap into your inner natural resources.
I seek to move away from the notion of therapist as the expert and instead assume the role of trusted companion. I rely heavily on my innate skills as a highly sensitive person (HSP) to support you in your unique process of self-discovery and radical self-acceptance. If this sounds appealing to you, please feel free to contact me and see if I am a good fit. I offer individual therapy and men’s groups.

Men’s Groups
Through the integration of the Internal Family Systems model and process-oriented dialogue, True Confidence provides a safe, warm and supportive space for members to come together and heal with others who have been harmed by traditional masculine norms, such as anti-femininity, hyper-competitiveness, trans/homophobia, sexual objectification, body shame, aggressiveness and rugged individualism. This weekly online therapy group is targeted at adults ages 25-45 who have been socialized as men. Group members are invited to attend bi-annual in person retreats to deepen the work done in group. Participants do not have to identify as cisgender men in order to participate.
